Welcome to the Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE) Assisted Home Upgrades rebate portal, powered by Rock Rabbit!

You can use this tool to:

  1. Explore SVCE's rebate offerings

  2. Browse a directory of local, experienced contractors and request quotes for your project

  3. Discover which rebates you are eligible for, from Silicon Valley Clean Energy and other state and federal entities

  4. Apply for your SVCE rebate

To get started, click “Create a project.” If you aren’t already signed into your Rock Rabbit account, you’ll need to sign up or sign in to continue. To take advantage of SVCE's homeowner resources like creating a rebate application, you’ll also need to be able to validate your SVCE account. You can do this with your PG&E account, or access to the phone number or email address associated with your account.

If you’re ready to explore rebates and start a reservation, select either “I’m already working with a licensed contractor” or “I’m self installing.” If you need help getting started, you can choose to request a quote instead.

Once you’ve answered all the project questions, you’ll be presented with your eligible rebates.

SVCE has partnered with Rock Rabbit to make it easier for you to stack multiple different rebates, but you can remove any incentives you aren’t interested in. You can also select any applicable add-ons, like incentives for panel upgrades that facilitate your new heat pump project.

Once you’ve created a project, you’ll need to make a reservation. You can get started from the Applications tab, or by clicking the SVCE application from the list. The checklist will include all required documentation, including photos of your existing equipment. Once everything is complete, you'll be prompted to submit your reservation.

If additional information or corrections are needed, you’ll be able to see feedback directly in the app. You’ll also receive an email if your application is approved or sent back to you for updates.

When your reservation is approved, you’re ready to complete your installation and the rest of the application. You’ll need a documents like a permit, photos of your new equipment, an invoice, and to complete the post-installation questions. When you’ve completed the installation and collected all the necessary information, submit your final application back to SVCE for review.

If you need support, you can always click the chat widget in the bottom left of the screen to be connected with a member of our team.
