Contractor Pricing Tiers

Users are charged upon submission of supported incentive applications. This pay-per-use pricing model provides maximum flexibility for customers. This fee applies per incentive application submitted directly through the Rock Rabbit platform and includes the submission of add-on's for the incentive, as well as post-submission support and tracking.

There are three fee pricing tiers, Saver, Standard and Premium, based on the complexity of the incentive program.

NOTE: some users may be eligible for manufacturer discounts to the above list price for qualified projects.

Incentive program complexity includes factors such as the amount of information and documentation required to complete the application; whether a program has additional requirements such as enrollment in a certain utility rate; whether a program requires additional application phases such as an eligibility check; how the program manages notifications; etc.

In rare cases, multiple incentive providers require a single combined application for their respective programs. Although the submission is shared, these are still distinct programs with separate funding sources and review processes. As a result, Rock Rabbit tracks the status of each incentive individually.

For these combined applications, we charge the full price for the first incentive and offer a 75% discount on the second incentive to reflect the added but shared administrative effort required to manage multiple programs within a single application.

Rock Rabbit may identify additional incentives that cannot be submitted by Rock Rabbit based on program rules (e.g. they must be submitted by the homeowner) or other limitations. Rock Rabbit will surface these to the users and provide them with an export of the data needed to apply, free of charge.
