Click an application to view its phases and required information.
Each phase shows required checklist items.
Completing Checklist Requirements
Requirements may Include:
Choosing from drop-down menus
Entering details
Uploading documents or photos
Sending e-signature requests
Sending E-Signatures
Used for:
Agreeing to the program rules
Allowing you to use outside tools/software to process rebates
Signing off on the service agreements
Step To Send:
Enter in the Account Holder or Customer information
Preview the document.
Click Approve and Send.
The item shows In Progress until signed.
Send reminders from the checklist if needed.
Using Linked Resource Documents
Some checklist items include linked resources, such as:
Editable PDFs
Step-by-step guides
External forms or links
Submitting for Review & Tracking
Update each required checklist item to mark it as Complete.
Submit the phase when all items are Marked Complete.
If changes are needed, follow the yellow-highlighted instructions and resubmit.
