Rock Rabbit does not charge a subscription fee. Contractors can use the platform with unlimited users and access core tools at no cost.
No cost features include:
Rebate discovery
Program change tracking
Project creation and management
Incentive report generation
Program requirement checklists
Project data export
Submission status tracking
Contractors are only charged when submitting a supported incentive application through Rock Rabbit.
Submission Fees
Rock Rabbit uses a pay-per-submission pricing model. This means, a submission fee is charged at the time of final claim submission for each supported incentive application submitted through the platform.
The submission fee includes:
Delivery of the application to the incentive provider
Required program add-ons
Post-submission support
Ongoing submission tracking within Rock Rabbit
Fees are based on incentive program complexity:
Saver: $75 per submission
Standard: $95 per submission
Premium: $125 per submission
Program complexity depends on documentation requirements, multi-phase applications, verification steps, or administrative requirements set by the incentive provider.
Some distributors and partners, including Johnstone Heartland and Daikin Comfort Technologies – North Central, may cover the cost of submitting eligible distributor-program applications.
If there are multiple applications required, the first application is charged at full price, and the second incentive is free.
How Payment Works
Submission fees are paid at the time of final claim submission.
Before completing submission, the applicable fee is displayed. Payment must be completed before the claim is processed.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe within the Rock Rabbit platform.
If a claim qualifies for a discounted or waived fee, the adjusted amount will be shown during checkout.
Accepted Payment Methods
